Rejestracja jest potwierdzeniem chęci udziału w rywalizacji.

Nazwa użytkownika może składać się z małych, dużych liter symboli oraz znaków numerycznych. Spacje nie są dozwolone. Wszystkie pola zaznaczone gwiazdką (*) są obowiązkowe. Prosimy o podanie daty urodzenia w formacie dd.mm.rrrr (np 28.02.1976)

Po rejestracji otrzymasz potwierdzenie, które zostanie wysłane na podany adres e-mail.
